Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job

  • Assist the Marketing team in effective implementation of ATL & BTL campaigns for achieving brand objectives.
  • Implementation of marketing plans in accordance with the marketing calendar.
  • Effective utilization & renewal of internal branding sites in line with the activations.
  • Collaborative marketing & necessary tie ups.
  • Cost - revenue compilation & event approvals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing the future course of action as per the brand objectives & target market.
  • Identifying the target beneficiaries designed to be benefited from the upcoming campaign/event as per the planned event calendar.
  • Assisting the Manager team in conceptualizing the appropriate marketing plan as per the marketing campaign.
  • Formulating, designing & analyzing the marketing flow, processes & resultant ROI from the planned campaign.
  • Designing a suitable event & media plan that involves necessary agencies for the campaign.
  • Timely monitoring the progress of creative designs, creatives, spots etc. as per the communication objectives.
  • Facilitating & disseminating the event deliverables as per the set standards & plans in co-ordination with the designated agencies.
  • Ensuring the procurement of necessary applicable licenses & permissions before the events in case required.
  • Ensuring proper setups inside the facility premises as per the SOPs. coordinating with the other departments & peers for cent percent compliance of safety, finance & cleanliness norms.
  • Monitoring the event flow that includes fine tuning of different processes & ensuring the entire activity flow for providing set results.
  • Implementing the necessary modification during the event flow for achieving the results.
  • Preparing & delivering an SOS plan to avoid end moment failures.
  • Customer feedbacks & evaluations for future modifications.
  • Providing real time inputs to the PR agency for the ongoing & forth coming campaigns ensuring media coverage.
  • Building up media relations for fruitful tie ups for gaining media mileage.
  • Content write up & dissemination
  • Integrating a social media promotion plan with on-ground promotions.
  • Briefing the same to the agency & inviting suitable campaigns & solutions for the campaigns.
  • Approving the content deck & designs to go on the social media representing the brand.
  • Ensuring content freshness & dynamicity of the page.
  • Write up, formalizing & dissemination of the monthly content deck for the newsletter meant for the retailers for updating the latest news & happening in the mall. This would contain the events, promotions, newly opened/renovated stores during the month.
  • Facilitating the billing of the agencies/vendors within the time frame. Updating the pending payments during the month by keeping necessary provisions.
  • Compliance with the financial & documentation requirements for a smoother release of funds.
  • Handover of the funds to the concerned parties as per payment terms.




Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 PA.
